UBS Maintains a 'Buy' on Visteon (VC); Shares Trading at Discount

UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Visteon (NYSE: VC) price target of $65.00 (from $77.00).
Analyst, Colin Langan, said, "Visteon's 70% stake in Halla (traded in Korea) is currently worth $32/share while VC own shares are now trading at $29/share. This implies that the current share price does not reflect the value of a 50% stake in the largest interiors supplier in China (YFV) and the remaining core operations. We estimate that YFV alone is worth $34/share. VC remains one of our favorite names as we see significant upside from current levels."
FY12 EPS estimate raised from $2.90 to $3.10, FY13 lowered from $4.60 to $4.25.
