Goldman Sachs upgraded Infinera Corp. (NASDAQ: INFN) from Sell to Neutral with a price target of $7.20 (from $5.65) saying DTN-X puts Infinera back on a growth path.
"In addition to an improved top-line trajectory, we believe the current quarter will mark
a bottom in the company’s gross margins, given its "razor + blades" model characterized by higher-margin blade shipments following the initial install of lower-margin chassis," the analyst said.
FY13/14/15 non-GAAP EPS estimates go to ($0.11)/$0.06/$0.21 from ($0.13)/($0.06)/$0.01.
