Canaccord Genuity upgraded USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NYSE: USNA) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $60.00 (from $46.00).
Analyst, Scott Van Winkle, said, "Improving trends in the US, continued strength in most of Asia and continued strength in Greater China (we had assumed declines by now) make the valuation of 10x next year’s EPS forecast look too modest to ignore, particularly for a model that generates tons of cash with high returns on equity and invested capital...Raising F2012E rev/EPS to $633M/$4.17 and F2013E rev/EPS to $676M/$4.60 with little assumed for US turn that appears to be materializing."
