Barclays reinstates coverage on Chesapeake Midstream Partners (NYSE: CHKM) with a Overweight. PT $33.00.

Analyst, Helen Ryoo, said, "We estimate that CHKM can grow its distribution at a 5-year CAGR of 11%, in line with our estimate prior to the recently closed transaction that effectively made Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) CHKM's sole GP. We see little change in CHKM's growth story over the next few years, assuming GIP successfully completes the acquisition of Chesapeake Midstream Development (CMD)."
