Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR) price target raised $1 to $28.
Analyst, Daniel Ford, said, "As we continue to look for incremental opportunities among the mid-cap regulated group, we see potential for an improved EPS growth trajectory and corresponding valuation in POR...We are increasing our '12E to $1.97 from $1.92. We maintain our '13E of $2.02 and introduce '14E of $2.18."
