Wells Fargo maintains an 'Outperform' on DaVita (NYSE: DVA).
Analyst, Gary Lieberman, thinks that the $55 million settlement in the Woodard qui tam lawsuit from Texas is a favorable amount for DaVita. Since the government didn't intervene, but will have to approve the settlement, other outstanding cases (including Vainer qui tam in Georgia) may be settled early and the amounts in DaVita's favor. Also, the settlements contain no admission of wrongdoing on the part of DaVita.
