Aruba Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARUN) 34.8% LOWER; said second quarter revenues are currently expected to be in the range of approximately $40.0 to $41.0 million and non-GAAP net income is expected to be approximately break-even. The Wall Street consensus is $51.5 million and EPS of $0.05.
PDF Solutions (Nasdaq: PDFS) 29.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenues for the quarter were $24.6 million, versus the consensus of $25.06 million.
TerreStar Corporation (NASDAQ: TSTR) 24.6% HIGHER; announced that EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS), Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, Ltd. and Harbinger Capital Partners Special Situations Fund LP and other investors have entered into a series of separate agreements constituting a commitment of $300 million in investments in TerreStar - with $200 million made available today at closing and the balance dedicated to funding the TerreStar-2 satellite.
Idearc Inc. (NYSE: IAR) 23.3% LOWER; was downgraded to Sell at Deutsche Bank today after a 24% sell-off yesterday due to disappointing earnings: reports Q4 EPS of $0.75, 12 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.63 Revenues for the quarter were $787 million, versus the consensus of $791.90 million.
VNUS Medical Technologies (Nasdaq: VNUS) 20% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenues for the quarter were $20.6 million, versus the consensus of $18.37 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.19 to $0.24, versus the consensus of $0.05.

IONA (Nasdaq: IONA) 20% HIGHER; confirms that it has received an unsolicited preliminary expression of interest from a third party to acquire the Company, which may or may not lead to a formal offer being made to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company.

Deutsche Bank is saying the selling is unwarranted and said guidance was 'in-line' due to taxes.
