Credit Suisse upgraded Knight Transportation (NYSE: KNX) from Underperform to Neutral with a price target of $26 (from $28). The change follows Q3 results.
Analyst Allison M. Landry said, "We are upgrading our investment opinion on KNX to Neutral from Underperform. We have raised our FY14 EPS estimate to $1.17 from $1.14. Our FY15 and FY16 EPS forecasts increase to $1.34 and $1.48 from $1.28 and $1.40, respectively. Our DCF-derived target price is $28 (from $26) - as this implies ~1% upside, we no longer believe that our previous Underperform rating is warranted."
