Earlier, UBS raised estimates and its price target on Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) from $62 to $64, according to Barron's Blog. The firm raised 2009 EPS estimate from $3.59 to $3.63 and 2010 from $3.90 to $4.00. The firm cited improving currency, costs and inflation trends. They firm also said stronger revenue trends and a higher-than-expected share repurchase should offset higher general and administrative costs.
