UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on hhgregg (NYSE: HGG) price target lowered $1 to $12.
UBS analyst says, "Against a tough backdrop for consumer electronics retailers, HGG has some obvious opportunities that could be substantial profit contributors over time. These storylines range from growing its share in appliances to expanding the awareness of its expanded home office offerings. These factors are largely responsible for driving the company’s 3.9% comp during the quarter. The degree to which it can benefit from this potential depends on how well HGG can manage some of the core challenges its faces like the diminishing profit pool associated with the TV category." (UBS raises FY13 EPS estimate from $1.13 to $1.20)
