UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on TravelCenters of America (NYSE: TA) price target raised from $5.00 to $6.75.

UBS analyst said, "Although 4Q is typically a seasonally soft quarter for TA, the solid EPS beat was driven by sales growth from both the fuel and nonfuel segments and a reduction in rent (-17% YoY) and interest expenses (-68% YoY) related to the HPT lease amendment from January 2011. TA attributed the strong quarter directly to improvements in the trucking industry but remained cautious on the strength and sustainability of the U.S. recovery."

UBS raises FY12 EPS estimate from $0.87 to $1.11 and FY12 from $1.48 to $1.72.
