UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Oiln (NYSE: OLN) price target raised from $21.25 to $22.50.

Analyst, Andrew W. Cash, said, "Reported EPS of $0.48 is ahead of consensus...Lower costs provide earnings tailwind despite flat chlor-alkali pricing...We are increasing our 2012 estimate to $2.20 from $2.10 on the basis of the Q1 beat, the improved outlook for chlor-alkali margins, and incrementally better Winchester performance. Our forecast for 2Q EPS is $0.57, a bit ahead of the company’s guidance range of $0.50 to $0.55."

(FY13 EPS estimate lowered from $2.45 to $2.35)
