UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on News Corp. (NASDAQ: NWSA) price target raised $1 to $20.00.

UBS analyst says, "NWSA reported F2Q EPS of $0.39 vs. UBSe/Cons. $0.34 est. Revs came in light ($8.9B vs. UBSe $9.3B, Cons. $8.9B), though expense mgmt helped drive an OI beat ($1.58B vs. UBSe $1.45B) and a lower tax rate contributed to the EPS beat...Mgmt reiterated F’12 guidance of OI growth in low-mid teens (we est +14%). We are lowering our F3Q OI to $1.29B from $1.36B mainly due to higher than expected programming expenses in the Cable Nets segment. Our new F3Q EPS est is $0.30 (prior $0.32), though we are maintaining our F’12 EPS est at $1.37." (FY13 EPS lowered from $1.64 to $1.60)
