UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Harmonic Inc. (NASDAQ: HLIT) price target raised from $5.50 to $6.00.

UBS analyst says, "HLIT reported inline 4Q results with sales and EPS of $144M and $0.12 vs. our consensus matching estimates of $140M/ $0.12...1Q outlook for revs of $132-$142M is a relatively wider range than usual with visibility somewhat low and 1Q growth likely the low point for 2012. Mid point of 1Q guide calls for 3% YoY growth. Our CY12 and CY13 sales and EPS estimates now edge lower to $586M (+7%) and $0.45 and $.624M (+6%) and $0.50 versus our prior $588M and $0.47 and $635M and $0.51."
