UBS Maintains a 'Neutral' on Forest Labs (FRX); Lowers PT and Adjusts Model Based on Rx Trends

UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Forest Labs (NYSE: FRX), lowers price target from $34 to $33.

UBS makes no changes in its investment thesis, citing no significant EPS upside as Lexapro slows, but the Company has increased pipeline with Daxas and Linaclotide. UBS also sees higher regulatory risk in primary care pipeline.
