UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on AutoNation Inc. (NYSE: AN) price target of $41.00 (from $35.00).

Analyst, Colin Langan, said, "We view AN as a defensive play on the US SAAR recovery and expect the stock to remain well-supported by a robust near-term earnings outlook and share repurchases, despite a rich valuation of 15x on 2013 EPS."

FY12 EPS estimate raised from $2.35 to $2.45 and FY13 from $2.50 to $2.70. The increase reflects strong new sales, lower SG&A, and higher share repurchases.
