UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG) price target of $66.00.
Analyst, Nik Modi, asks 'Who will bring balance back to the force?'
The company lowered its outlook on June 20, 2012. Shortly after, several firms lowered estimates or downgraded the stock.
More recently (July 12), Bill Ackman's Pershing Square (hedge fund) has reportedly taken a stake in the company and a few hours later, Bloomberg reported that P&G's board members were about to discuss the need to replace CEO, Robert A. McDonald.

Shares of Procter & Gamble closed at $65.09 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $57.56-$67.95.
