UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Coach (NYSE: COH), PT to $60.

UBS analyst says, "We're raising our F4QE EPS slightly to $0.65 from $0.63, based on: 1) comments for Japan to only be a $0.02-$0.03 drag to F4Q EPS (we were estimating $0.03-$0.04); 2) higher China revs (now $60.5mm; prev. $56mm); and 3) better SG&A leverage (now -65bp of deleverage YOY, prev. -75bp). We carrying fwd better trends to also raise F’12E EPS to $3.32 (+14.5% YOY) from $3.27."

"We continue to prefer names like Polo (NYSE: RL) (with similar China exposure, a large/growing Europe biz, and better leverage on global investments lately). That said, we were encouraged by stable +DD rev growth (esp in the US, with COH gaining share in the growing accessories category) and improving SG&A leverage."
