Sterne Agee maintains a 'Neutral' on Research In Motion Ltd. (NASDAQ: RIMM).
Analyst, Shaw Wu, said, "RIMM reported a much bigger than expected May quarter loss where margins and ASPs came under great pressure. For its August quarter outlook, company declined to offer specifics but anticipates another loss. Management pushed out its BB10 launch to 1Q13 but at this point, we think it's more about staying alive. We believe the company needs to be careful with its cash or risk facing bankruptcy." (Drops FY13 EPS estimate from $0.00 to (1.00)
