Rochdale Securities banking analyst Dick Bove raised his price target on Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) to $6.50, according to reports from Reuters. Bove said the bank "has an attractive long-term future," and that its future "will be funded by one of the most liquid balance sheets in banking."
