RBC Capital reiterated an Outperform rating and $33.00 price target on Yelp (NYSE: YELP) following the company's announcement that Mr. Lanny Baker has been appointed as the new CFO. Mr. Baker most recently served as CEO and President of ZipRealty. Mr. Baker has also served in the CFO role for ZipRealty, as well as Monster Worldwide.
Analyst Mark Mahaney commented, "YELP has named Lanny Baker as its new CFO, effective May 9th. We view the appointment positively, given that Mr. Baker is an industry veteran with extensive, highly relevant CFO experience."
