Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: QCOR) is seeing upside following positive comments from BofA/ML. The firm said after meetings with Momenta Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: MNTA), management indicated generic Acthar could be commercial infeasible to produce.
Worries about competition for Acthar has been a key overhang on the stock, so the comments are being well received.
Shares of QCOR are up 2.4 percent to $39.90.
