PepsiAmericas, Inc. (NYSE: PAS) declared a fourth quarter 2009 dividend of $0.14 per share on PepsiAmericas common stock, or $0.56 annualized.
The dividend is payable January 4, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 11, 2009.
