Oppenheimer Raises Price Target on Ecolab (ECL); Nalco Integration Going Well

Oppenheimer boosted its price target on Outperform-rated Ecolab Inc. (NYSE: ECL) from $65 to $72 after a recent meeting. The firm notes the Nalco integration is going well and the company reiterated its long-term growth targets of 15% EPS growth, 20% ROE, 2012 EPS of $2.95-$3.05.
"There will be a lot of noise as Ecolab integrates Nalco, but we are positive about the merger benefits," the analyst said.

Shares of Ecolab Inc. closed at $61.69 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $43.81-$62.86.
