Jefferies analyst Raj Denhoy reiterates Buy rating and raises price target on NuVasive Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA) to $84 (from $79), as the company delivered unexpected upside with fourth quarter revenues above consensus, yet provided guidance that appears conservative.

Denhoy comments, "NUVA progresses down a path of substantially above market spine growth and improving operating performance. Still, the pace of margin expansion is appearing more measured as the company continues to invest in its many growth opportunities.
