Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) price target of $100.00.
Analyst, Aram Rubinson, said, "The Street saw sourcing as the greatest challenge to DLTR’s margin formula in 2011. This year, the 2.6% of sales spent on warehousing & distribution (W+D) has drawn more scrutiny, along with ocean freight. Our analysis suggests that DLTR’s W+D costs will likely rise by only 6bps this year, as a percentage of sales. Higher utilization rates on its DCs should prove an ally in partially offsetting diesel."
