Nomura Securities maintained a Neutral rating on Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) and cut its price target to $40.00 (from $46.00).
"Given the headwinds of renovations and lower-than-expected margin growth, we expect the forward multiple to remain steady. Due to our estimate reduction, our target price declines to $40, which is an upside of 18%," said analyst Harry C. Curtis.
He lowered earnings outlook on Hyatt for 4Q12E and 2013E due to lower RevPAR and margins.

Shares of Hyatt Hotels closed at $34.00 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $31.90-$44.49.
