Nomura Securities maintained a Neutral rating on Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) and cut its price target to $40.00 (from $46.00).

"Given the headwinds of renovations and lower-than-expected margin growth, we expect the forward multiple to remain steady. Due to our estimate reduction, our target price declines to $40, which is an upside of 18%," said analyst Harry C. Curtis.

He lowered earnings outlook on Hyatt for 4Q12E and 2013E due to lower RevPAR and margins.
