Needham and Co. Reiterates Buy on Volterra Semiconductor (VLTR)

Today Needham & Company reiterated a Buy rating on Volterra Semiconductor (NASDAQ: VLTR) with a price target of $28.00.

After a visit with management, analyst Vernon Essi, Jr. said, "Management indicated that its larger customers have shifted toward a more upbeat tone with regards to Server demand in just the past couple of weeks."

Essi said there was no change in tone to Notebook and he is comfortable with his projection for a 5 percent year-over-year decline in 2013.
