Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) price target raised from $21 to $22.
Analyst, Glenn Hanus, said, "We see multiple drivers of growth and operating leverage for SMCI over at least next few quarters including a major Intel product cycle, an expanding product portfolio addressing broader markets, ongoing datacenter refresh, increased sales capacity, penetration of internet datacenters, a refresh cycle in HPC and Asian facilities expansion. It is targeting op. model of 9-12% by 2HF13 (vs. 5.1% in F3Q) driven by revenue growth, Intel cycle, GM% benefits of Asian facility and OPEX leverage."
FY12 EPS estimate lowered from $1.01 to $1.00, but FY13 raised from $1.44 to $1.58. F13 rev estimates raised from $1.225 bln to $1.3 bln.
