RHI Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: RHIE) 62.5% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $1.24, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter was $9.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $51.07 million.

Universal Power Group Inc. (AMEX: UPG) 34.8% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.12, compared to $0.08 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $27.5 million, versus $30.6 million in Q308.

Opnext Inc. (NASDAQ: OPXT) 28.9% LOWER; reports Q3 adj-loss of $0.10, 3 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter was $81 million, which compares to the estimate of $86.68 million. The stock was also downgraded at Jefferies.

ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRKR) 23.1% LOWER; announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as the sole underwriter and manager of the offering.

Pike Electric Corp. (NASDAQ: PIKE) 19.3% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.08, versus the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $127.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $128.26 million. FBR Capital also downgraded the stock to Market Perform.

MBIA Inc. (NYSE: MBI) 16.7% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $3.50, which was worse than analyst estimate loss of $1.05.

China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) 14.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.98, compared to $0.19 in the second quarter 2009. Revenue for the quarter was $510.8 million, versus $504.7 million in Q209.

Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN) 14.7% HIGHER; reports Q3 adjusted EPS of $3.45, 55 cents better than the analyst estimate of $2.90. Revenue for the quarter was $730.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $693.97 million. Sees Q4 EPS $1.06 - $1.16, versus $1.09 consensus.

Shengdatech, Inc. (NASDAQ: SDTH) 14.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.09, versus the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $25.40 million, which compares to the estimate of $25.30 million.

Full House Resorts (NYSE: FLL) 14% HIGHER; reports Q3 adj-EPS of $0.12, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter was $2.16 million, which compares to the estimate of $2.40 million.

Beazer Homes USA Inc. (NYSE: BZH) 13.4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.87, versus the analyst estimate of ($1.24). Revenue for the quarter was $376.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $338.29 million.

Schawk (NYSE: SGK) 12.9% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31, ex-items, 16 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter was $113.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $106.80 million.

Tongxin International Ltd. (Nasdaq: TXIC) 11.3% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $27.1 million, up 18.8% from the same quarter last year.

Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS) 11.2% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.05, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter was $41.4 million, which compares to the estimate of $65.55 million.

GT Solar International Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLR) 11% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.06, versus the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter was $104.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $101.82 million. The stock was also downgraded at Piper Jaffray.

TechTeam Global Inc. (NASDAQ: TEAM) 10.5% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.08, compared to $0.10 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $52.3 million, versus $64.18 million in Q308.

Revenue for the quarter was $395.7 million, versus $350.5 million in Q308. The stock was also initiated at numerous firms, including Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo.

Fossil, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) 9% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.52, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter was $381.36 million, which compares to the estimate of $376.88 million. Sees Q409 Sales up 7 - 9%, and EPS of $0.82 - $0.86. Consensus sees Q409 EPS of $0.

Live Nation (NYSE: LYV) 8.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.78, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter was $1.81 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.62 billion.
