KeyBanc downgraded Dresser-Rand Group (NYSE: DRC) from Buy to Hold and removed its price target (prior $80.00).
Analyst Robin Shoemaker said, "We have lowered our rating on DRC to HOLD from BUY to reflect the limited upside remaining in the shares, relative to the cash offer of $83/share from Siemens."
