Juniper Networks (JNPR) Rebounds From 1Q

Drexel Hamilton analyst, Brian White, reiterated his Buy rating after Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) reported solid 2Q:16 results that beat consensus estimates and provided a strong 3Q:16 revenue outlook. Despite a lower gross margin due to FX-related pricing pressure in EMEA, the analyst is are increasing his EPS estimate and maintaining our price target at $36.00.

The analyst stated "Although Juniper got off to a challenging start this year, we believe the company is heading in the right direction with a new product cycle, a leaner cost structure and the benefit of seasonality in H2. Moreover, the stock represents an attractive GARP play at under 9.0x our CY:17 EPS estimate (ex-cash)."
