Jefferies maintains a 'Hold' on Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) price target raised from $36 to $41.
Analyst, Aaron Schwartz, said, "AKAM reported strong F4Q results as the seasonally strong e-commerce and advertising areas outperformed while the company saw a re-acceleration in overall traffic volume. We had liked the stock due to the e-commerce seasonality and easy 1Q comps and believe secular trends including a shift to video streaming could provide a longer and greater than modeled tailwind in CY12."
Jefferies lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $1.68 to $1.61 and FY13 from $1.86 to $1.85.
