Jefferies maintains a 'Buy' on SXC Health Solutions (NASDAQ: SXCI) price target of $110.00.

Analyst, Brian Tanquilut, said, "With its market capitalization expected to hit ~$10 billion as soon as it closes its pending acquisition of CHSI, SXC presents large cap investors a new, compelling, high growth (~25% LT EPS growth rate) investment opportunity. We expect the addition of SXC into index funds and entry of large cap investors to provide incremental stock momentum, near-term, but view its solid fundamentals as the key driver of Long-Term stock performance."
