Jefferies raised its price target on Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE: APC) from $95 to $99 following Q4 results.
The firm comments, "Usual pushback on our APC Buy is that it is the consensus opinion. Sometimes consensus works. Q4 numbers illustrate a well-balanced company adept at moving many levers with the hustle of a much smaller organization. Company looks even stronger going forward with high exposure to Brent, stabilizing GoM volumes and improving balance sheet from asset sales. Raising PT to $99 from $95 as we roll forward to ’13 NAV estimates."
The firm cut Q1 EPS estimates from $0.76 to $0.69 and FY12 from $3.46 to $3.44. FY13 remains at $3.03.
