Jefferies Boosts PTs on CoreSite Realty (COR), Digital Realty Trust (DLR)

Jefferies raised its price targets on Buy-rated CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) from $34 to $38.50 and Buy-rated Digital Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: DLR) from $75 to $76 following the 2nd Annual Greater NY Data Center Summit on 2/27.

"We came away feeling incrementally positive on the sector given the increasing likelihood of pent-up demand translating to solid leasing in 2013."

The firm trimmed FY14 EPS estimates on CoreSite Realty from $2.48 to $2.23. On DLR, the firm cut FY13 EPS from $4.94 to $4.87 and FY14 EPS from $5.56 to $5.49.

Shares of CoreSite Realty closed at $34.34 yesterday, with a 52 week range of $20.50-$34.47.
