JPMorgan downgraded QEP Resources (NYSE: QEP) from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $9.00 (from $11.00).
Analyst Gabriel Daoud Jr. comments that pro forma for A&D activity suggests limited upside for the stock and expects concern regarding capital efficiency and outspend coupled with balance sheet issues and execution problems may linger for a bit. Daoud Jr. still likes the company but notes those concerns drive the NAV target lower to $9.
