The Board of Directors of Inergy Holdings GP, LLC, general partner of Inergy Holdings, L.P. (Nasdaq: NRGP) announced an increase in its quarterly cash distribution to $0.78 per limited partner unit ($3.12 annually) for the quarter ended June 30, 2009. This represents an approximate 4% increase over the previously declared quarterly distribution of $0.75 per limited partner unit and an approximate 28% increase over the distribution for the same quarter of the prior year.
The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2009, to unitholders of record as of August 7, 2009. [SM]
