Imperial Capital See Momentum in Nice Systems (NICE)

Imperial Capital reiterated an Outperform rating on NICE Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: NICE) and raised its price target to $44.00 (from $43.00).

Commenting on NICE System's quarterly results, analysts said, "We see continued demand globally for the company's analytics solutions, with positive momentum across the customer interaction, financial crime and compliance, and security business segments."

Analysts said 4Q12 guidance indicates potential EPS upside. For 4Q12, NICE expects revenue of $237-257mn and adjusted EPS of $0.64-0.69.
