Homebuilders are rallying today on the back of Goldman Sachs adding DR Horton (NYSE: DHI) to its Conviction Buy list. The SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (AMEX: XHB) is currently trading nearly 2% higher as Goldman is becoming more optimistic about earnings among the homebuilders.
