Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on Teavana Holdings (NYSE: TEA) price target of $12.00 (from $14.00).

Analyst, Michael Kelter, said, "We retain our Neutral rating on TEA shares: (1) Store level SSS remain depressed, hovering around 0% year to date after averaging 7% over the prior eight years. (2) Profitability trends continue to come in below expectations. (3) Given these factors, along with tepid new unit productivity trends, we see the potential for both revenue growth and EPS growth to dip below 20% sooner than previously anticipated, which may result in further multiple contraction...We lower our 2012-2014 EPS estimates to $0.57/$0.68/$0.78 from $0.58/$0.73/$0.85."
