Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) price target of $36.00 (from $34.00).

Analyst, Heather Bellini, said, "All in, Microsoft’s quarter was better than feared in some areas (such as deferred revenue, and in particular S&T deferreds), while in other cases such as Windows, results came in line with expectations. As such, we would not expect a material movement in the stock following F4Q results. With that said, we think attention will now focus on the Windows 8 launch as well as the company’s board of director’s meeting, which traditionally takes place in late August or early September and is when increases to its dividend policy will be announced."

FY13 EPS estimate lowered from $3.02 to $2.95, FY14 raised from $3.20 to $3.24.
