Goldman Sachs lowered their price target on Neutral-rated Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) from $46.00 to $39.50.
The firm cited a lower EV/EBITDA multiple of 10x versus 11.5x. The lower multiple is due to an increase in execution risk caused by pending management changes.
