Goldman Sachs maintains a 'Neutral' on Apollo Education (NASDAQ: APOL) price target of $37.00 (from $36.00).

Analyst, Brian Karimzad, was mildly impressed by Apollo's Q3 earnings reports, with revenue operating income, and EPS 2%, 18%, and 24% ahead of Goldman estimates. The Q3 beat was mainly from lower marketing expenses and stock buybacks, however, Karimzad, sees the company giving most of it back in Q4. All in, Neutral rating is maintained because of inconsistent total enrollment signs.

Goldman raises FY12 EPS estimate from $3.37 to $3.54, FY13 from $3.02 to $3.14 and FY14 from $3.14 to $3.33.
