Goldman Sachs downgraded Tenneco (NYSE: TEN) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $55.00 (from $50.00) on valuation as growth outlook remains intact.

The firm notes shares are up 43% YTD and 102% since the trough of last year versus the S&P500 18% YTD and 31% since trough and now reflecting stronger EBIT conversion on top line growth.
