Fox-Pitt Boosts Price Target on Citi (C) to $4.50; Maintains In-Line

An analyst at Fox-Pitt Kelton lifted his price target on shares of Citigroup (NYSE: C) from $4 to $4.50 this morning. The firm maintains an In-Line rating on the stock.

Fox-Pitt's new price target comes in somewhere in the middle of the pack: several analysts have a target of $3 on Citi, while one analyst, the popular banking analyst now at Rochdale Securities, Dick Bove, has a Street high $6.50 target.

Shares of Citigroup are modestly lower today (down 0.7%), most recently trading at $4.61.
