Shares of Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) are trading modestly lower Monday afternoon despite being added to FBR Capital's "Top Picks" list earlier.
The stock last traded at $27.32, down nearly 0.3 percent from Friday's closing price.
FBR maintains an Outperform rating on shares of Oracle, but reduced the stock's price target from $40 to $38.
The firm's new target implies potential upside of about 39 percent from where ORCL shares are currently trading.
FBR removed shares of Concur Tech (Nasdaq: CNQR) from the list in order to make room for shares of Oracle. While maintaining an Outperform on Concur, FBR cut the stock's price target from $60 to $48.
Concur shares are up 2.6 percent to around $39.10 Monday.
