Don't Sweat Lululemon's (LULU) Shelf Filing, ICR Exchange Conf on Deck - Sterne Agee

Sterne Agee's Sam Poser reiterated his Buy rating and $85 price target on Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) saying today's shelf Registration will not impact share count and business remains healthy.

"The company's shelf registration this morning is related to the proposed sale of 5.7M shares of stock by Dennis Wilson (founder and Chairman of the Board), and will not increase total share count of the company," Poser comments. "LULU is likely to provide an in-line or better 4Q update prior to speaking at the ICR Exchange Conference on January 16."
