Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE: DVN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable on June 30 to shareholders of record on June 15.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 11.
With shares of Devon up 5% to $66.41 today (on the back of a 2% jump in the price of crude oil), the dividend yields 0.96%.
