Deutsche Bank reiterates a 'Buy' on Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S), price target $6.
Deutsche analyst says, "Reports 2Q10 results pre-market on Wednesday, July 28th. We expect Sprint's 2Q results to highlight cont'd improvements in its post paid ops and have reduced our est for post paid net losses to (400k) from (500k). Key reasons are the record-setting launch of the 4G EVO, which we believe resulted in 42% YoY growth in post paid gross adds, and further improvement in post paid churn (2.05% est). Based on these trends, we con't to expect net growth in core post paid CDMA subs in 2H10. While this may put NT pressure on margins, it could drive LT upside to revenues."
